Guests check in using spare time on the trip to the hotel (flight, airport, taxi) from their own smartphones or other devices.
The card never leaves the guest's hand, therefore there is no fraud risk, and when a card is declined, the guest changes to a different one himself, avoiding awkward time-consuming situations at the reception. Moreover, the guest acknowledges that his card is being pre-authorized as a guarantee.

We easily connect SmarterGuest with the hotel Channel Manager system, without the need to access the PMS (Property Management Systems).
The integration with a hotel PMS improves the automatization of the check-in and check-out process, the upsales and the interface with systems to access the room with guest's smartphones. We already have integrations with some of the major hotel PMS (see list), and we are working on expanding to others. If your PMS is not in the list, let us know!
