Guest fills registration form, that might include a good health declaration & health safety certificate, passport photo and then inputs credit card info to process the payment and guarantee pre-authorization.

Hotel assigns a room and gives the guest the room key or sends the link to enable access to the room with guest’s smartphone.

We easily connect SmarterGuest with the hotel Channel Manager system, without the need to access the PMS (Property Management Systems).
PMS (Property Management Systems) Integrations
The integration with a hotel PMS improves the automatization of the check-in and check-out process, the upsales and the interface with systems to access the room with guest's smartphones. We already have integrations with some of the major hotel PMS (see list), and we are working on expanding to others. If your PMS is not in the list, let us know!
